Working on your first event or trying to improve an existing event? We suggest that you observe & or volunteer for other events to see how things work. Collaborating with other events gives you a chance to see how others deal with issues. CARA also has a BEST PRACTICES & a GENERAL GUIDELINES checklist which will offer some ideas as well.
